About Me and My Practice
I am a therapeutic counsellor committed to providing a safe, confidential, and supportive space where individuals and partners seeking relationship counselling can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Everyone deserves to feel heard and understood, and I believe that counselling can offer a valuable opportunity for reflection, growth, and positive change.
My approach to counselling is compassionate, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I work alongside my clients to help them better understand the challenges they may be facing, whether that involves anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or feelings of overwhelm. Together we explore patterns, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping.
I recognise that seeking counselling can sometimes feel like a difficult step. My aim is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the process. I work at a pace that feels right for you, allowing space for your experiences to be explored in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
Counselling is not about telling you what to do, but about helping you connect with your own understanding, strengths, and inner resources. Through this process, many people find greater clarity, self-confidence, and a renewed sense of direction in their lives.
